ITagAlong Lite is the first personal location service application that is completely private and easy to use. The application does not require any input or response from you after setup. This application is a simple way of staying in touch with friends and family.

Unlike other applications that require fees, memberships, website logins, complicated setups or each person to have the application, iTagAlong Lite uses a familiar, easy to use email interface. It is easy to configure and your information is always private.

While other applications require you to manually send a notification or respond to a request, iTagAlong Lite does it automatically as long as the application is running and the appropriate settings are established.

Here are just a few ways that iTagAlong Lite can be useful:
- Let someone know where you are while hiking, biking or jogging
- On a road trip and want to keep someone apprised of your progress
- You are a parent and want to keep track of the location of your children

Features:
- Email to one or more contacts
- Email is sent from your personal account
- A dynamic link to Google maps with your most current location

Upgrade to the full version and add the following features:

- 16 Timer settings
- Speed information included
- Direction of travel
- Your contact gets the type of map you have selected
- A dynamic link to Google maps with your most current location
- A second link with a static map with up to 10 of your last locations

The application will send an email periodically (based on preselected time intervals) and will display to your contact(s) where you were when the notification was sent. The email contains a link to Google maps, which contains the information Google needs to place a red pin on the location where you were when the notification was sent.
